Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through store.anyadahan.blog, operated by Anya Dahan Studio (DBA: Anya Dahan, Florida Registration No. F3244, EIN: 98‑1789710). The store is managed by Anya Dahan, a person under international protection in Türkiye, and all transactions are processed via Paddle as our payment provider.

Scope

All products sold are digital goods (downloads, licenses, or access keys). Once a product has been delivered, refunds are generally not available, except under the conditions listed below.

Refund Eligibility

• Non‑delivery: If a technical error prevents delivery of the product.
• Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same product.
• Defective file: If the file provided is corrupted or unusable.
• Incorrect product: If you received a product different from what you purchased.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at studio@anyadahan.blog. Include your order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once verified.

Exclusions

• Refunds will not be granted for change of mind after download.
• Refunds will not be granted if the product was successfully delivered and functions as described.
• Refunds will not be granted for misuse or failure to follow installation instructions.

This policy complies with Paddle’s buyer protection requirements and relevant consumer protection laws. As a business registered in Florida, United States, operating internationally, we respect applicable regulations including EU consumer rights, U.S. state laws, and Türkiye’s KVKK framework.
