8.1 Responsible Officer

Anya Dahan is the responsible officer for this Framework, including AML decisions, data-protection compliance, incident response, and whistleblower-report handling. Where a decision requires local Turkish administrative action, the Turkish Company acts strictly on Anya Dahan's written instruction.
