Confidential Reporting Policy v. 01

Version 2026-10-04 · Published 04 October 2026 · Miami, FL, USA

6. Whistleblower and Confidential Reporting Policy

6.1 Purpose

This section provides a safe channel - separate from the general studio@anyadahan.blog inbox - for reporting suspected violations of this Framework, including AML concerns, data breaches, sanctions violations, harassment, or misuse of the platform against a vulnerable community member.

6.2 Reporting Channel

  • Confidential reports may be submitted to compliance@anyadahan.blog (a separate, access-restricted mailbox from general customer support), with an option to report anonymously by omitting identifying information;
  • Reports concerning imminent safety risk should also be directed to local emergency services and, where relevant, a partner refugee or LGBTQ+ protection organization.

6.3 Protections

  • No retaliation: a person who makes a good-faith report will not be penalized, blocked, or have services withdrawn because of the report;
  • Confidentiality: the identity of a reporter is disclosed only to the extent legally required or with the reporter's consent;
  • Reports that constitute or reference a suspicious-transaction concern are handled under the no-tipping-off rule in Section 2.4 and are not disclosed to the subject of the report.

6.4 Handling

  1. Acknowledge receipt within 3 business days;
  2. Assess and, where needed, preserve evidence;
  3. Investigate proportionately to the severity of the allegation;
  4. Resolve and, where appropriate, inform the reporter of the outcome without disclosing confidential details about other individuals;
  5. Log the report and outcome in the internal governance record referenced in Section 8.
