7. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

This Framework and any commercial transaction concluded through anyadahan.blog are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, as the law of the jurisdiction where Anya Dahan's U.S. business registration is held, except where a mandatory local consumer-protection or data-protection law cannot be waived by contract, in which case that mandatory law applies to the extent required.

7.2 Venue

• United States: disputes arising from a U.S.-directed commercial transaction are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida;
• Türkiye: matters involving intellectual-property theft, cyber-harassment, local fraud, or financial crime occurring within Türkiye, or involving the Turkish Company's local operations, data processing, or Turkish-resident customers, may additionally be brought before the competent courts and enforcement authorities of İstanbul, Türkiye;
• Neither venue clause displaces a consumer's right to bring a claim in their home jurisdiction where local law guarantees that right, nor a data subject's right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Board) regardless of this venue clause;
• Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in the jurisdiction where the harm is occurring.

7.3 Criminal and Regulatory Matters

Nothing in this Framework limits any person's right to report suspected criminal conduct to Turkish or U.S. law enforcement, or to a financial-intelligence unit (MASAK or FinCEN), directly and independently of the reporting channels described here.

7.4 Role Clarification

For the avoidance of doubt: the Turkish Company's involvement in Section 7.2 reflects its role as Anya Dahan's local operating agent and does not make the Turkish Company an independent owner of the brand, its intellectual property, or its trademarks (see Section 0.3).
