No Harm policy v. 01

Version 2026-10-04 · Published 04 October 2026 · Miami, FL, USA

3. No-Harm and Ethical Use Policy

3.1 Prohibited Conduct

No content, digital asset, or platform resource may be used for:

  • Human exploitation, trafficking, or modern slavery;
  • Financial extortion or cross-border fraud;
  • Hate speech or harassment targeting a person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, faith, transgender or gender identity, sexual orientation, or refugee/asylum status;
  • Doxxing, outing, or non-consensual disclosure of a person's immigration status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or HIV status.

3.2 HIV and Public-Health Information Standard

Because this platform engages in HIV prevention and stigma-reduction advocacy, the following distinction governs moderation, replacing the vaguer "scientifically invalid claims" standard:

  • Permitted: personal experience, access barriers, policy critique, and good-faith discussion of public-health strategy, even where contested;
  • Not permitted: promotion of a specific product, regimen, or "cure" contrary to current WHO/CDC or Turkish Ministry of Health guidance, where the claim is presented as established medical fact;

Disputed content is handled with a correction or added context rather than removal where reasonably possible, and removal is reserved for content presenting a concrete, immediate health risk.

3.3 Reporting Channel and Response

Reports of the conduct in Section 3.1 are submitted to studio@anyadahan.blog (or via the confidential channel in Section 6 for reports involving safety risk). The responsible officer acknowledges receipt within 3 business days and aims to resolve or escalate within 10 business days. No person who submits a good-faith report is penalized for doing so.

3.4 Community Safeguards

  • Accounts, licensing keys, and access may be revoked for conduct that weaponizes the platform against marginalized communities, LGBTQ+ asylum networks, or human-rights defenders.
  • Where a report indicates imminent physical danger to a specific person, the matter is escalated immediately to local emergency services and to a partner protection organization (e.g., a UNHCR-affiliated or local LGBTQ+ support organization) rather than handled solely as an internal moderation matter.

3.5 Consent for Personal and Advocacy Stories

Before publishing a name, photograph, refugee status, gender identity, HIV status, or personal story submitted by a community member, Anya Dahan obtains express written consent specific to that publication, defaults to anonymization where consent is not obtained, and honors a subsequent withdrawal of consent by removing the material within 30 days except where a legal record-keeping duty applies.
